  • Step 3: Provide Mortgage Information

    You can either calculate a new mortgage payment or enter your existing one. If you’re calculating a new mortgage payment, provide the loan amount, term (15 or 30 years), and interest rate. If you already have a mortgage, simply type in your current monthly payment.
  • Step 4: Add Property-Related Expenses

    Don’t forget property-specific costs. Enter your annual property taxes and home insurance. If these are already part of your mortgage payment through an escrow account, enter 0 for these fields. Add any monthly HOA fees here as well.
  • Step 5: See Your Estimated Profit

    Click the "Calculate" button. The tool will process your property details and display your estimated monthly net income. This final number shows what you can expect to make on Airbnb after all expenses are paid, helping you decide which rental strategy is more profitable for your situation.
