Most clients prefer getting paid on a monthly basis. The exact frequency and method of payment will be outlined in our contract, ensuring you get paid in the manner most convenient to you.

Our standard rate is 20% of the gross monthly rental revenue. We believe in transparent pricing with no tricky fees. All details will be clearly outlined in our agreement.

We manage 30+ vacation rental properties and 12+ long-term rentals. Our clients own properties throughout Arizona and a handful in other markets including Alabama and Oregon. We go to great lengths to make sure every property gets the attention it deserves.
